Do not curse one’s father or mother

“He that curses his father or mother shall surely be put to death” Shmos 21:17

If one cursed him using the Divine name, he deserves death by stoning even if he cursed them after their death using the Divine name.

If he cursed using a substitute Divine name, he should receive lashes

One should not impose an oath on his father, nor be an emissary of the Jewish courts to excommunicate him.

It is forbidden to disgrace them for whoever disgraces his father or mother, even with a hint, is cursed by the Almighty.

“Cursed is he who dishonours his father or his mother” Devarim 27:16

This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
