Do not make oil like the anointing oil
“Do not make any like it according to its composition” Shmos 30:32
This means not to prepare anything according to the written formula of the anointing oil.
If someone did this intentionally he deserves spiritual severance, if done unwittingly a sin offering would be required.
Specifically, if used for anointing he is guilty but he is not guilty if done in order to learn.
This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
