Do not have sexual intimacy with a male.

 

 “You shall not lie with a man as with a woman” Vayikra 18:22

 

This is also a warning to the passive partner.

Once there has been intimacy by entry of the corona both are punishable with death by stoning.

If done deliberately without a warning the penalty is spiritual severance and if done unwittingly a sin offering is required.

 

This applies in all places at all times.
