Do not be sexually intimate with one’s father’s brother in homosexuality

 

 “The nakedness of your father’s brother you shall not uncover” Vayikra 18:14

 

This is an additional prohibition to homosexuality (-116)

If one was sexually intimate with one’s fathers brother-

Where there were witnesses and a warning both deserve death by stoning.

If without a warning and done deliberately the punishment is spiritual severance.

If done unwittingly two sin offering are required. (including -116)

This is in effect in all places at all times
