Judge laws of inheritance
“If a man dies and has no son then you will transfer his inheritance to his daughter” Bemidbar, Pinchas 27:8
A son takes precedence to a daughter and all male descendants precede a daughter.
A daughter and all her male descendants precede the father of the deceased.
Included in this commandment is for the first born to receive a double portion of the inheritance.
A husband inherits his wife’s property according to the Scribes and he takes precedence over all others regarding her estate.
This applies in all places at all times.
